2. Services:- Gudiyo provides stationery items, printout services, books, and other student-related study materials or helpful academic supplies at affordable prices with scheduled delivery services.

3. Order Confirmation :- Orders are processed according to Gudiyo’s official delivery schedule. Advance payment is mandatory for Printouts, Books, and any other items where payment is specified in advance. Payment confirmation (screenshot) must be shared on the designated mobile number +91-9509751315 . Orders without payment confirmation will not be processed.

4. Payment Responsibility :- Only payments completed before 5:00 PM will be considered for the respective delivery cycle. Gudiyo will not be responsible for any delays caused due to incomplete payment or missing payment confirmation.

5. Customer Responsibility :- Customers must provide accurate order details and valid contact information. Non-serious or test orders are strongly discouraged. Refusal of valid Cash on Delivery (COD) orders without a valid reason may affect eligibility for future orders.
