Delivery and Returns Policy

1. Delivery Schedul

(A) City & Town (At Present) : Deliveries are currently made three times per week — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Gudiyo reserves the right to modify the delivery schedule when required.
Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (one day prior to the scheduled delivery day)
to be included in that delivery cycle.
Example:
Orders placed before Sunday 5:00 PM → Monday delivery
Orders placed before Tuesday 5:00 PM → Wednesday delivery
Orders placed before Thursday 5:00 PM → Friday delivery
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered in the next scheduled delivery cycle.

(B)Village: Village deliveries are scheduled twice per week.
Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (one day prior to the scheduled delivery day) to be included in that delivery cycle. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered in the next scheduled delivery round.

2. Payment Policy
(A)Stationery Items : Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for stationery items.
(B) Printouts, Books & Other Student Needful Items : Advance payment is required for these items. Only payments completed before 5:00 PM will be confirmed for the respective delivery cycle. Payment confirmation (screenshot) must be shared on the following mobile number:
+91- 9509751315 .
If payment details are not visible on the website, payment can be made via:
PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm +91- 9509751315 . Orders without payment
confirmation will not be processed.

3. Cancellation Policy
(A)COD Orders (Stationery Items): COD orders may be cancelled before 5:00 PM prior to the next scheduled delivery cycle by sending a cancellation request via email.
The cancellation request must include: Order/Bill Number, Customer Name, Mobile Number, Delivery Point Cancellation requests should be sent via mail: gudiyoservice@gmail.com
(B) Non-COD Orders (Printouts, Books & Other Items): Orders that require advance payment cannot be cancelled once payment confirmation has been completed or once order processing or printing has started.

4. Delivery Responsibility Notice
The Gudiyo team is committed to serving students with dedication and sincerity.
However, due to natural conditions, logistical issues, or unavoidable human circumstances, deliveries may sometimes be delayed. In such situations, Gudiyo will make every effort to ensure that the order is delivered in the next scheduled delivery cycle. Customers are kindly requested to remain patient and cooperate with the Gudiyo team.

5. Return & Refund Policy
At Gudiyo, we aim to provide reliable and affordable services to students. This Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and clarity for all customers.

Important Notice:
Students who collect their orders from Gudiyo delivery points must open and verify the items at the time of collection in the presence of the delivery point in-charge. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the delivered items are correct and in proper condition at that time. If the items are not checked and verified at the delivery point, Gudiyo will not be responsible for any return or refund requests raised later.

A. Printouts (Non-COD) :- Printouts are non-returnable once delivered. However,
refunds may be considered in the following cases: Torn pages , Misprinted pages ,Incorrect printing due to technical errors. Such issues must be reported at the time of collection in the presence of the delivery point in-charge.

B. Books (Non-COD) :- Books are non-returnable except in the following situations: Damaged books received, Incorrect book delivered.
After verification, Gudiyo may provide a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

C. Stationery Items (COD) :- Stationery items may be eligible for refund or  replacement if: The item delivered is broken or defective at the time of delivery. All such requests are  subject to verification by the Gudiyo team.

D. Other Student Needful Items (COD or Non-COD) :- Other student-related items  may be eligible for return, refund, or replacement if: The item delivered is torn,  damaged, defective, or incorrect. All such cases will be reviewed and verified by  the Gudiyo team before processing

E. Refund Process :- Once a refund request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed through: The same payment method used for the original transaction, or Another suitable method determined by Gudiyo.
